In the nature walkis normally not unless we need more people to complete a group. In the City Tours yes. Any way we like to work with small groups in order that each person has our guide’s undivided attention.

When making the reservation, we will agree a meeting point, in the city tours it's always the same.  In the event that you do not know the meeting point when you are making the reservation, we will contact you a maximum of 24 hours prior to the activity. It is your responsibility to be on time at the meeting point. Major delays may result in the activity’s cancellation.

All of our tours. except some birdwatching ones, are located near Barcelona. Depending on the route, we will use public or private transportation, trying to accommodate efficiency and comfort for everyone.

Our guides speak English fluently, as well as Spanish and Catalonian.

Routes are either of low or moderate difficulty, and they are designed to enjoy the landscapes in a leisurely way, not sporty. Our guides will adapt duration, pace, and stops to be made depending on their perception of your physical shape. Upon accepting the terms and conditions, you are responsible for your physical shape, and we are authorized to stop the excursion should we deem it appropriate.

In Barcelona we enjoy Mediterranean climate, with mild winters and warm summers when temperatures rarely go above 30º. However, during the summer time, humidity increases the heat perception, thus we will always start our tours early in the morning so that we avoid the heat of midday, and we can then have the afternoons to rest, or enjoy other attractions.

An activity such as this one is ideal for families that want to enjoy themselves outdoors with their children. Our routes are recommended for kids 8-10 and older, ad we will adapt our pace to the family’s own pace.

Our customers’ safety is the most important thing to us. Therefore, besides taking all possible precautions, we include insurance for each of our customers and it is already included in the price (Not in city tours).  The insurance covers possible accidents during the activity. In any case, it is always recommendable to have travel insurance and read carefully the terms and conditions.

Most of our routes can be done wearing sneakers or good shoes with rubber soles.

Despite the fact that we will walk by many fountains, in the beginning of the excursion we will distribute a bottle of water. (Not in the city tours) The best way to carry it is to use a backpack.

There are food facilities on all of our routes. Sometimes the restaurants are along the walk, others at the end, depending on the time. If so desired, we can make reservations at a restaurant of the area to recover your strength.
