Terms and Conditions
The specified price on our tours is for an outing for one or two people, each additional person has also a detailed price. Children 10 to 16 have a 50% discount, provided that there are at least three people or more in the group.
Unless previously announced, the guide will be exclusively with the group.
The price of our service includes:
- Public or private transportation from the meeting point within Barcelona’s metropolitan area to the excursion’s starting point and return.
- Should the meeting point be located outside Barcelona’s metropolitan area, then transportation will be billed separately.
- Guide service
- Briefing and cartographical GPS locating
- Water and snacks
- Personal insurance
- Taxes
The price of our service does NOT include:
- Meals
- Tickets for paid attractions or museums
- Funiculars and aerial transportation in the excursion to Montserrat.
- Other services not previously mentioned
Reservations and payment
- We accept reservations up to 36 hours prior to the beginning of the activity.
- In order to make a reservation on-line, you have to completely fill out the booking form, indicating the desired route, date, and providing the required personal information.
- On the same form you will have to pay the total amount in full. Once payment is confirmed, your reservation for the service will be completed and booked for the specified date.
- In the event that the group becomes larger, or you decide to rent equipment, you will need to notify us via email info@scenicwalkingbcn.com at least 36 hours prior to the activity.
- Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made over one month prior to the reserved date will be fully reimbursed.
- Cancellations made between one month and ten days prior to the reserved date will be refunded 50% of the total.
- Cancellations made less that ten days prior to the activity and not entitled to any sort of refund.
- If due to weather conditions, the activity needs to be cancelled, and should it be impossible to reschedule, then there will be a full refund.
- If due to weather conditions the activity needs to be cancelled during the same, participants are not entitled to any kind of refund.
- In the event that the customer does not show up at the meeting point, at the arranged time, then the service will be cancelled and will not be reimbursed.
