From our meeting point we will go to the foot of Montserrat. From the monastery we will start our tour on foot along a road that will present us with stunning aerial views. Soon after, the road becomes a path leading to the beautiful chapel of Sant Benet. We will resume our walk to Sant Salvador’s pathway, where we will enjoy invaluable views of the mountain, something absolutely unthinkable when watched from a distance. Along the road, we are likely to find wild goats over the steep crags. We will follow the route to Sant Jeroni, which, with its 1.224m high, it is Montserrat’s highest point and will grant us a 360º view of the whole massif. We will return to the monastery, that can be visited inside and see the famous image of the virgin.
